Dr. Edward H. Ortiz, board certified in Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pulmonology is the Medical Director of Quality Care Sleep Diagnostics.

Dr. Ortiz provides consultations and follow up care to our clients.  He completed a sleep medicine fellowship at Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Dr. Ortiz has been practicing in the Greater Austin area since 2006.

Quality Care Sleep Diagnostics was founded by  Perry Sanford, a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Sleep Consultant.  Mr. Sanford is well known for his Respiratory and Sleep Specialities in the Greater Austin area.  He has an article published in the National HME News magazine and has been identified in the local news for assisting children in returning home from Children's Hospital of Austin.
