The Importance of a Good Night's Rest for Learning
Sleep disorders can affect school performance. Too little sleep can cause hyperactivity and poor concentration. Consider a sleep study for your child or teen as part of his or her back to school checkup. Our sleep center performs studies for ages 12-17 at both locations. You or your family doctor are welcome to contact our office to schedule at 512-670-1212.
